To meet modern production line demands for precise matching and rapid integration while guaranteeing reliable system operation, the EcoAUC2 accurately adapts to metering feed technologies and spraying equipment. Equipped with a new integrated high‑speed discharge unit, the product broadens control over diverse technical components, improving high‑voltage operational safety and effectively shortening process cycle times. With an optional integrated air heater regulation function, the EcoAUC2 ensures stable coating quality, with particular advantages in humid, high‑temperature and other special production environments. This is especially critical for the high‑speed rotary atomizer EcoBell2, which requires safe disconnection of high voltage before entering dedicated cleaning equipment. The EcoAUC2 now automates this function: the system detects in real time whether the atomizer is de‑energized and initiates cleaning only after safety confirmation, eliminating potential operational risks.

Enhanced Color Selection and Hardener Capacity

The new EcoAUC2 control unit supports up to 20 coating colors, twice as many as its predecessor, while compatible hardener components are expanded from 3 to 5. This upgrade ensures efficient and stable spraying even for low‑usage, complex‑formula specialty coatings, further meeting diverse application requirements.
