Midland Industries — a leading distributor and manufacturer of industrial metal and plastic piping, valves, and fittings, with its headquarters located in Kansas City, Missouri, U.S. — has completed the acquisition of Industrial Specialties Manufacturing LLC (ISM), a trusted distributor and assembler of pneumatic, vacuum, and fluid circuit components based in Englewood, Colorado.
This strategic acquisition significantly expands Midland Industries’ product offerings, with a focused extension into medical and plastics industrial applications. Additionally, it reinforces the company’s market presence and competitiveness within the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) channel, a key growth segment for industrial distributors.
