July 28, 2026 – Univar Solutions announced today that it has acquired Interpur Chemicals, a leading European distributor of polyurethanes and powder coatings. The acquisition will strengthen Univar Solutions’ Ingredients + Specialties high-performance materials business, expanding its technical capabilities and regional reach across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). By combining Interpur Chemicals’ local market expertise with Univar Solutions’ supplier relationships and distribution network, customers will benefit from easier access to materials, greater supply security, and enhanced support in meeting formulation and performance requirements.
