According to Amcor’s 2025–2026 fiscal year Q3 earnings report, the company recorded quarterly net sales of USD 5.91 billion (approx. RMB 40.25 billion), a 77.4% year-on-year increase. Total revenue for the first three quarters reached USD 17.108 billion (around RMB 116.5 billion).

The sharp revenue growth is mainly due to financial consolidation, as the financial data of Berry Global was not consolidated in the same period of last year. Even excluding the consolidation factor, Amcor has achieved genuine improvement in profitability.

Stephen Schlegel, Chief Financial Officer of Amcor, unveiled an important corporate strategic plan. Starting in 2027, the company will transfer certain functional departments from Zurich, Switzerland to Miami, Florida to set up its new U.S. headquarters, further strengthening its layout in the North American market and global business expansion.
